The Highfield House project involved the construction of purpose-built student accommodation with 289 bedspaces split across two blocks, which is strategically located near Grangegorman Luas stop, enhancing connectivity for the students.
Project monitoring on behalf of the funder, Block A comprises 88 bedspaces , extending to three stories, with internal amenity space. Block B is a seven-story structure with 201 bedspaces. The development includes a central courtyard, roof terrace, balconies, a gym, TV and study areas, a cinema room, lounge areas, management suite and laundry. Ancillary facilities such as a substation, switch room, and refuse store are also incorporated.
