Charlemont Square is the transformative Charlemont Street regeneration placemaking project in the heart of Dublin 2. This mixed-use development involved the reimaging of mostly derelict space on a logistically challenging site close to the city centre. The creation of a focal point for the local community was a key ambition of this development.

This development consisted of the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 292 apartment units over 4 blocks including a double basement carpark, community centre, commercial & retail on ground floor, creche and communal facilities.
