This development consists of 5,400 m2 of CAT A office accommodation, CAT B works and all associated siteworks.

Project monitoring on behalf of the funder for the 5,400 m² LEED Gold, BER A3 rated open plan office building located on the IDA’s Finnabair Business Park in Dundalk, Co. Louth. The 3-storey building provides office accommodation for various customer care and support teams for Irish Life Assurance’s business activities as well as providing hot desk areas, meeting rooms, and conference facilities.
