Ray holds an Honours Degree from Trinity College, Dublin.

Ray is a senior cost manager with Buildcost and has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK, providing cost management services under the GCCC, RIAI, JCT, and NEC forms of contract.

He has worked on projects across the hospitality, healthcare, residential, infrastructural, and public facilities sectors from inception, through cost planning, measurement of bill of quantities, and full post contract cost management services.
