Social Housing bundle 1 & 2 consisted of 1,000 units across 14 sites and included a mix of apartments, duplexes and houses including all site works, services and infrastructure.

The project encompassed the financing, design, construction, and maintenance of the social housing development sites which were located nationwide. It was the first time the government had used the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model for social housing, opening up an important new avenue for delivering the Irish State’s social housing requirements.
