The Barnwell development is a mixed-use development comprising of 292 apartments, 4 Retail Units at Ground Floor, 32  Duplexes & 14 Houses. The Land Development Agency purchased the apartments for their cost rental model.

The project included all associated access roads, site works, infrastructure, carparking, bin stores, boundary treatments, soft landscaping, open spaces, carparking and under croft parking.
