Horizon Logistics Park includes 264 acres of land at the intersection of Dublin Airport and the M50 motorway, with access to Dublin Port facilitated through the nearby Dublin Port Tunnel. It has excellent links to road transport infrastructure including the M50 motorway and the M1 arterial motorway between Dublin and Belfast. Horizon has the potential to be the number one logistics park in Ireland and the capacity to supply more than 2.5 million sq ft (232,000 sq m) of industrial space. Its prime position has made it the home of choice for businesses such as Kuehne+Nagel, Kintetsu Worldwide Express, Ceva, DFS and Expeditors Ireland.
3nr new industrial units have been completed with 1nr unit currently under construction. To date 16,500m2 of new space has been developed with 113acres of green field sites to be further developed. Each phase consists of the construction of a warehouse unit, office area, carpark, service yard, dock levellers etc. Infrastructure including roads, drainage, utilities, attenuation ponds, esb substations etc are also being constructed as the sites are being developed.
